1. MEASUREMENT
We send you a link that lets you use the camera on your phone to capture precise measurements in just 5 minutes. Following this, we send you a fitting suit in your size and our fabric book.
2. Fitting Feedback
Instead of just sending your measurements to our factory, we want to be absolutely sure we have everything right. You try on your fitting suit, take pictures, and let us know what you want to adjust. Based on your feedback, we’ll fine-tune your measurement profile.
3. Fabric Selection and Customization
Once we’ve finalized your measurement profile, you’ll select the fabrics for the suits and shirts you’d like to order. We embroider your name/initials on every shirt and jacket and you can customize just about anything about your clothing including lapels, buttons, collars, and thread colors.
4. DELIVERY
Our skilled tailors construct your suit with attention for every detail. We ship out your order and guarantee you’ll love your new clothing. We’ll alter or remake whatever is needed until you’re satisfied.
